Dances of Universal Peace Sunday, June 24, 2018 Dancing Peacock Paradise Tentative Schedule 2:00 – 3:30   Arrival, Mingling & Nature 3:30 – 4:00   Check in & potluck setup 4:00   Potluck Dinner 5:00 – 6:30   Dances of Universal Peace 6:30 – 7:00   Ice Cream! 7:00 – 8:30   Zikr / Deeper Dancing 8:30 – 9:00   Socializing Suggested donation $10.00 to $15 + $5 without a dish Eat, Dance & Pray Together!

Gatherings will be held in over 120 countries to celebrate the initial offering of the Dances of Universal Peace in San Francisco, & to remember Samuel Lewis, beloved Sufi teacher, spiritual ancestor, inspired poet, citizen diplomat, generous gardener, & creator of the Dances of Universal Peace. As we join hands in the Dance Circle which he gave to us, we will participate in dances by & about him & inspired by his legacy. Raising our voices together, we will “Dance to Glory” in his footsteps ~ in praise, love, harmony, & joy.  Mike Felisko will play guitar, & Jemila will lead a dance. Our day will also include stories about Murshid Sam, sayings by him, humor, & ice cream, because he used to treat his students after meetings.

DiAnahita will be leading in Daytona on Sunday, July 15 Unity Church of Holly Hill. 1:00 - 3:00PM with a potluck afterwards. The Federation of the Sufi Message gathering was this month at Fazal Manzil, the home of Hazrat Inayat Khan in Suresnes, a suburb of Paris
